We won one

Not quite the day we had hoped for.  We played a California team first and lost 19-13.  I pitched and was slow to find the strike zone.  Cynde was horrified that I walked two batters.  It took us a few innings to find our groove but by then it was too late.
Game 2 was a terrible 17-9 loss.  I sat and Carri played right.  We had too many walks and not enough hits.  I would like to play them again.
Game 3 was a great game.   I pitched and Carri caught with Joanne at second.  We trailed for most of the game after leading 1-0 but managed to tie it up 11-11 and force extra innings. In  the extra frame we scored 5 and the other team had last bats.  They scored 1 before I struck out one girl, kicked the ball to third for the second out ( it was quicker than bending over) and then had the last batter foul out.  I had two doubles in that game.
We are now just waiting for our game times for tomorrow.
Cynde knit and wanted to stick a needle in her eye at our losses.
